Who are Pirates?

In case you don´t know pirates let me introduce them to you. They were fierce robbers on the sea, ships full of spices, treasure, food, even people! They were hanged for their crimes if they were caught.

Although pirates didn´t obey rules from the government they still had their own rules. Some of the most common pirate rules were:

I. Every man gets equal share of what is stolen.

II. No women or children on board the ship.

III. No gambling.

IV. Weapons must be always be clean and ready.

V. Lights out at eight o´clock.
